How long before my order is shipped?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to make your order and get it in the mail.
We are a Mom and Pop, Husband/Wife Team, so it usually takes a couple days to keep up with orders especially around the Holidays. We do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible!
If you order Priority or Express, we obviously make sure to get Priority orders out either the day of the order or the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is made and ready to send, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the tracking number for your order.

We ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia.

Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Exchanges
Our exchange policy also last 30 days. If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please email us at honoremblem@gmail.com. We believe in the quality of our products and desire that everyone who purchases and wears our products be absolutely satisfied with their purchase. We make these products for you to wear happily. Please don't hesitate to contact us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

*Please use a Secured Cardboard Box or Bubble Envelope when mailing your piece to us. Pieces have been lost when mailed in a normal paper envelope. They can slide out or get taken out.
And we cannot be held responsible for pieces lost in the mail.
Priority Shipped Box is preferred. USPS tends to treat those much better than anything else.
*Also include a note with your Name, original Order Number and the Mailing address for us to return your piece to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All FORGED BY FIRE Jewelry is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship for the entire life of the product. This Warranty exists to ensure that any reasonable person who buys our product and cares for it properly will be able to enjoy wearing our product for their entire life.
We stand behind our jewelry. If an item fails because of a defect in materials or the quality of workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note the following guidelines when considering whether a product is covered:
*FXF Jewelry must be evaluated by us for warranty determination.
*Warranted products are replaced at FXF's discretion.
*Warranty DOES cover broken chain or leather on our necklaces and bracelets within reason. Normal wear and tear (patina and aging) is to be expected by the customer. But if an item fails and becomes unwearable we desire to fix it so it is wearable again. However, if an item breaks more than once a year we reserve the right to withhold repair to this item for free. Care needs to be taken by the customer to prevent damaging their jewelry so frequently. We will only repair such items with a repair fee to the customer in these instances.
*Warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear (patina and aging) of the pendant. The metals we use will last a lifetime if taken care of properly as explained in our cleaning and care cards included with each product. This care is expected of each customer who purchases our jewelry. Any defective pendant may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 30 days a pendant may not be returned for refund or exchange under our refund policy.
*Warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of shipping the item to be repaired. You must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us to be repaired and if outside the US, you must also pay the cost of shipping the item back to you. If in the US, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.
